ACTUAL OUTCOMES: WHAT WAS LEARNED
AND LONG-TERM IMPLICATIONS

Each institution reached very specific programmatic conclusions with respect to each element of the Millenial Visions model project. Although many of those conclusions are listed in the individual sections of this report (intern projects, public programming, and professionals), some of those conclusions are not program-specific, but apply to the implementation of the project as a whole. Most of these "thematic" issues centered around logistical difficulties that were created as a result of taking on this large, new, multi-faceted project. Specifically, both the Friends of Arrow Rock and the Black World History Museum were forced to work around difficulties in time, staffing, administration of new resources, and logistics.
