ST. LOUIS, Mo– Today, the Missouri Humanities Council announced it has earned Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) highest certification for non-profits, BBB Accredited Charity. When earning this status, it tells donors that the charity has been evaluated and has met all of BBB’s “Standards for Charity Accountability.”
“The Missouri Humanities Council continues to score high marks with BBB for its longstanding commitment to those we serve,” said Dr. William “Steve” Belko, MHC’s Executive Director. “BBB evaluates charities based on donor inquiries and from those charities seeking to voluntarily request an evaluation. We are pleased to maintain this revered distinction of transparency, accountability, and performance by Better Business Bureau.”
